This portal is open to all individuals or businesses that wish to advertise their service or property to the public…just like the old “yellow pages” and newspaper “classifieds” combined.
If you’re a service provider who registers from your state you will harvest all enquires for that state automatically until the site populates and then breaks down into more localized regions. Service providers who provide legal, financial or valuation services will automatically appear in both buyer and seller searches.
If you’re an individual you can advertise the private sale of a property or request to purchase one.
Subscription process
When you register your service details you will be shown a preview screen of how your service details will appear and have the choice of selecting either standard or premium service.
If you choose the premium service you can provide more service information, create logos and click through to your own website. Premium advertisers receive higher ranking in searches similar to Yahoo or Google.
A one-time registration charge of £150.00 will be debited from your credit card then £27.95 per month for standard service or £37.95 per month for premium service. If the system is unsuccessful in possessing your credit card when the monthly service fee is due your entry drops out until another registration fee is paid to reactivate your service
You will receive an email with your own login codes to change credit card details when necessary.
