Michael's selling success:

Story of a person selling their house to us:

Julie called us as her listed agent had been unable to sell her home. Julie hadn’t informed the agent that her house had to sell quickly as she had some financial issues which had to be attended to quickly. Some weeks passed and Julie realized that her house was no closer to being sold. Julie called the agent to say she was very concerned and it was the agent who called in WeBuyHouses because they knew that if WeBuyHouses were interested they would act quickly. Story of a person selling their house to us:

Tony had had four buyers pull out from buying his home and made the terrible mistake of not continuing with the house payments as he believed the house was sold. The reason the buyers were pulling out was because the garage had indications of termites and Tony didn’t have the spare funds available to eradicate the problem. Story of a person selling their house to us:

Dennis and his wife Dianne decided they no longer wished to live in Sydney but were having trouble selling their home as it shared its driveway with another house which made the house a little less appealing. The Row of Units…Lakewood

If we can't buy properties at least we'll try to help people sell them. A gentleman from California asked if we could help him sell this whole building of home units as he was over extended and swimming in red ink. We ran a small classified add with the headline “This is the deal“ “if you've never bought property before don't call“. Well, everybody called and we assisted in helping him sell all 14. We made a little wooden sign  which we moved from unit to unit as each one found a buyer.  Sold them all in three days but boy this one really cranked the adrenaline…


Nella Dan

Nella Dan was our first house transation in Australia. We knew our business model worked but we were also breaking new ground in Australia. We didn’t even have proper signs so we bought a piece of cardboard and drove some stakes into the front lawn.
